Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and energetic Accounts & Marketing Executive to manage basic accounting, billing, documentation, product-related records, and retailer coordination across Guwahati. The candidate will also be responsible for order collection, bill submission, ledger reconciliation, and payment collection from retailers.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare computerized bills and maintain basic accounts.
Maintain documentation, records, files, and office data systematically.
Maintain product batch records and handle label printing.
Collect orders from retailers across Guwahati.
Submit bills to retailers and maintain proper records.
Conduct ledger tally/reconciliation and follow up on outstanding payments.
Collect payments from retailers as per company requirements.
Communicate with retailers and customers to promote and explain the company's FMCG food products.
Maintain regular coordination with the office and sales team.
Ensure timely updating of sales, billing, collection, and retailer-related information.
Candidate Requirements
B.Com / Bachelor of Commerce – Mandatory.
Excellent knowledge of Computer Applications, particularly:
MS Excel
MS Word
Internet & Email
Basic billing/accounting software
Graduation from an English-medium institution is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in Assamese, English, and Hindi.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with retailers and customers.
Basic understanding of accounts, billing, ledger maintenance, and payment collection.
Must be comfortable travelling across Greater Guwahati for retailer visits.
Own Bike/Scooty is mandatory.
Should be sincere, disciplined, organized, and comfortable working in a field-oriented role.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: 13,000 to 16,000 monthly
Free Accommodation & Fooding: May be provided for candidates coming from outside Guwahati, subject to company policy.
