Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Civil Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure quality execution, monitor project progress, and coordinate with contractors, workers, and management across project sites in the North East.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress, materials, manpower, and timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, vendors, and site workers.
Conduct site measurements and maintain daily work and progress reports.
Identify and resolve site-related technical and operational issues.
Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and resources.
Maintain compliance with safety procedures and construction standards.
Assist management in planning, estimation, and project execution.
Travel to different project locations across North East India as required.
Key Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of civil construction, site supervision, and project execution.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage contractors and site workers effectively.
Willingness to travel and work at project sites across North East India.
Valid driving licence and ability to drive independently will be an advantage.
