Role Overview
We are looking for a disciplined, experienced, and result-oriented Operations Manager from an Armed Forces background to oversee construction operations across the North East region. The candidate will be responsible for manpower management, site coordination, resource planning, operational discipline, safety, and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day construction and site operations across multiple locations.
Manage and supervise manpower, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Ensure timely deployment and effective utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
Monitor project progress, operational efficiency, quality, and timelines.
Maintain strong discipline, safety standards, and compliance at project sites.
Coordinate with management, engineers, contractors, clients, and local authorities.
Handle operational challenges and resolve site-level issues effectively.
Prepare regular operational and site performance reports for management.
Travel extensively across North East India as required.
