We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Relationship Manager – Bancassurance to drive life insurance sales through designated bank partner branches. The role involves acting as a bridge between the insurance company and the bank by leveraging the bank’s customer base, generating leads, and converting them into business while maintaining strong partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective cross-selling of life insurance products.
Generate business through bank branch leads and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Branch Managers, bank staff, and channel partners.
Coordinate with bank employees to identify potential customers and drive sales.
Conduct need-based customer meetings and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Deliver training and continuous support to bank staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Plan and execute lead generation and promotional activities within branch premises.
Ensure high conversion of leads into sales through consistent follow-up.
Monitor partner performance and provide guidance for improvement.
Track market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintain proper documentation and reporting.
Required Skills

Eligibility & Experience
1–2 years of experience in Life Insurance / Bancassurance / Agency channel preferred.
